We’re happy to provide all ACB accountholders with access to eStatements at no charge.  You’ll find current and previous statements (up to 24 months) at your fingertips after logging into ACB Digital Banking.

How do I enroll in ACB eStatements?

Here are the simple steps for enrolling in ACB eStatements:

  • Open ACB Digital Banking on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Click on Menu.
  • Choose Cards, Alerts, & Docs.
  • Click on Documents.
  • Click the account number for which you’d like eStatements.
  • Complete the enrollment form.
  • You will receive an email indicating that you’re enrolled in ACB eStatements.

The first time you access your account you will be required to read and accept a disclosure.

How do I view my eStatement?

To see your ACB eStatement:

  • In ACB Digital Banking, access the blue menu.
  • Choose Cards, Alerts, & Docs.
  • Click Documents.
  • Choose your document type, account number, and date* range.
  • Click Apply.

*You will see a rolling 24 months of statements in ACB Digital Banking.

How do I print an eStatement?

After clicking on the eStatement you’d like to print and indicating whether you’d like to see images, your ACB eStatement will open in your device’s default pdf viewer.  Just follow the steps that you’d normally take to print using the pdf viewer.

Will I be able to see all of my eStatements?

You will see a rolling 24 months of eStatements in ACB Digital Banking.

Customers with new ACB accounts will see added eStatements each month until 24 months have accumulated.

ACB customers who were enrolled in eStatements before May 2019 will see eStatements in ACB Digital Banking from May 17, 2019 forward until 24 eStatements have accumulated.  If you need a copy of a statement prior to May 17, 2019, contact your ACB banker.
