1881 |

The State Bank of Sleepy Eye founded by F.H. Dyckman, Silas
D. Scudder and Hans Mo is chartered. It is the first bank
in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.

| 1914 |
 |
The State Bank of Sleepy Eye moves into "the most impressive
building designed for banking purposes" in central Minnesota.
The new building boasts Italian Marble, African mahogany woodwork,
Roman Terrazzo Floors and a public restroom. This building
still stands in downtown Sleepy Eye.

Bob Dittrich and Ray Bentdahl purchase controlling interest
of the State Bank of Sleepy Eye. Randall Schultz is named
President.

| 1985 |
 |
The
bank's name is changed to Americana Bank Sleepy Eye and moves
into a new modern bank building complete with drive-up lanes.

| 1986 |
 |
Bob Dittrich becomes sole owner of Americana Bank Sleepy Eye.
|
|
| 1989 |
 |
Americana Bank purchases and opens a new branch office in
Medford, Minnesota.
|
|
| 1991 |
 |
The Bank's name is changed to Americana Community Bank when
approval is received to open in Chanhassen.
|
|
| 1992 |
 |
Americana Community Bank builds and opens a new branch office
in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
|

| 2000 |
 |
Americana Community Bank opens two new branch offices. In
January, an office is opened in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In
October, a newly constructed office opens in Maple Grove,
Minnesota.

you can see, Americana Community Bank has been around a long
time - surviving World Wars, the Great Depression and many other
conflicts. The banking industry is constantly changing, and
